Job Details

- Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Week Off: Fixed Sunday
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: Up to 13,000 - 15,000 Take-Home + Weekly Incentives
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 25,000 Take-Home based on experience & performance
- Performance-based salary revision from the 3rd month

- Weekly performance incentives
- Early logout opportunities / approximately 67 working hours depending on daily work completion

Eligibility Criteria

- Only Female candidates are allowed to apply
- Graduation Year: 2025 & 2026 pass-outs
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 6+ months of International Voice, AR Calling,



Sales or Recruitment experience are preferred
- Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
