Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Engineering / AEC recruitment to join our Kochi office. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of technical AEC roles—such as BIM Modelers (Architecture, Structure, MEP), MEP Coordinators, CAD Technicians, and Structural Engineers—along with practical experience in end-to-end HR operations, employee onboarding, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

- End-to-end recruitment cycle management: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and negotiation for specialized AEC and BIM positions.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri industry networks, and campus placements.
- Design targeted Boolean search strings to source niche profiles like MEP BIM Coordinators, Revit Modelers, Civil 3D Engineers, and Structural Designers.




- Conduct initial HR screening rounds to evaluate domain affinity, communication skills, technical background, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical assessments and client/internal manager interview rounds.

HR Operations & Candidate Management
- Manage employee onboarding, document verification, background checks, and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain complete candidate databases (ATS/Excel trackers) and generate weekly sourcing/time-to-hire reports.
- Handle core HR operational duties including attendance management, employee query resolution, and leave tracking.

Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA HR preferred) or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, primarily within AEC, Construction, BIM Services, or Core Engineering domains.
- Understanding of BIM/AEC software stack terminology (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArchiCAD, Creo) to effectively screen engineering profiles.
- Familiarity with Indian labor compliance, payroll coordination basics, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient with job portals, social recruiting platforms, and HR tools.
