Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.
- Support onboarding and other HR-related activities as required.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and coordinate effectively.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
