We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screenings.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update candidate databases.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Comfortable using MS Office/Excel and online job portals.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
