About the Role

At Techdome, a fast-growing Product Venture, you'll own the people operations that keep our scaling tech team running smoothly — onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits.

- Manage HRMS (Keka), employee records, and documentation.

- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination.

- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, filings).

- Draft HR policies, letters, and SOPs.

- Drive employee engagement activities and internal communications.

- Be the first point of contact for employee queries.

- Report on HR metrics (headcount, attrition, TAT) for leadership.

Must-Haves

- 2–4 years in HR operations/generalist roles, with robust ownership mindset.

- Keka experience mandatory.

- Employee engagement experience mandatory.

- Solid grasp of Indian labour law and compliance.

- Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills.

Good to Have: Payroll exposure, startup experience, performance-cycle or L&D; involvement.
