Position: HR MIS Executive

Location: Ahmedabad / Godhavi, Gujarat

Experience: 25 Years

Industry: Education / Technology / Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in HR MIS, reporting and dashboards
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis
- Experience in maintaining employee and recruitment MIS
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring trackers
- Experience in HRMS / HRIS systems
- Exposure to Power BI will be an added advantage
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:





- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR MIS reports
- Maintain employee and recruitment databases
- Track recruitment pipeline, vacancies, ageing, offers and joining status
- Prepare headcount, attrition and manpower reports
- Develop HR dashboards for management review
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of HRMS and MIS data
