About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail HR Manager to lead human resource operations across our retail store outlets. You will drive high-volume hiring, implement store staff retention strategies, manage employee grievances, and maintain compliance with retail labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end workforce planning, shift scheduling, and recruitment for store associates, supervisors, and cashiers.
- Implement performance evaluation systems, track sales-based commission payouts, and identify training needs for floor staff.
- Manage store-level employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain high team morale and retention rates.
- Enforce adherence to local labor laws, shop and establishment regulations,



and company policy standards.
- Facilitate structured onboarding, customer-service orientation, and safety compliance programs for new retail hires.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (MBA/PGDM HR).
- 4+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in retail, apparel, or FMCG environments.
- Deep understanding of high-turnover workforce management, roster scheduling, and retail compliance.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and conflict management capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
