Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a fully remote workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.

The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs, support organizational development, and promote a positive, inclusive culture. This role is full-time and remote,



requiring effective virtual communication, coordination across teams, and proactive support of employees at all levels.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR management areas, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR operations and processes, including policy development, documentation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics and confidentiality.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability in organizational development, change management, and fostering an inclusive, engaging work culture.
- Solid planning, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
- Comfort working in technology-driven or startup environments; prior experience in IT or digital services sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
