Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee the organization’s human resources functions. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Drive performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce-related analytics for management.
- Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing and people-related requirements.
- Promote a positive, professional,
and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage HR vendors, consultants, and external agencies where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial/team-handling experience.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
