We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Manager to join our team and handle IT and Non-IT recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with 100% work from office-Night Shift are required.
