You will be handling Recruitment of plant manpower, contractual employees, PF/ESI, legal case handling, manpower management, administration, co-ordination with plant head, MIS reports, F&F;, Training etc.
Required Candidate profile
MBA-HR, Male, 6-12 years of exp. in Plant HR, must be from nearby area, excellent communication skills, positive track record, exposure of labor laws and IR activities, team management, good in computers.
