True Care Hospital is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager with solid expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT DOCTOR & STAFF RECRUITMENT The candidate must have excellent skills in sourcing, headhunting, approaching, negotiating and successfully hiring Doctors and Healthcare Staff.

We need someone who can actively find suitable candidates rather than depending only on applications received through job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Consultant & Specialist Doctors across various specialties
- Recruit Medical Officers/RMOs, Nurses, Technicians, Pharmacists, Administrative and Support Staff
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, skilled networks, references, databases and direct outreach
- Develop and maintain a strong database/pipeline of Doctors and Healthcare Professionals
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers and joining formalities
- Manage complete employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and retention
- Performance appraisal and KPI coordination
- Employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate PF,



ESI and applicable labour-law compliance
- Manpower planning and regular HR/recruitment reporting to management

Candidate Requirements
- 3-7 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience
- Excellent recruitment, sourcing and headhunting skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to independently handle multiple vacancies
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and professional sourcing channels
- Willing to work on-site in Manali, Himachal Pradesh

Preferred
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Hospital/Healthcare recruitment experience
- Previous experience recruiting Doctors and Healthcare Professionals
- Existing network/database of Doctors and Healthcare candidates
- Candidates from strong corporate recruitment backgrounds with proven talent-acquisition capabilities may also apply

Compensation 40,000- 60,000 per month

Final compensation will depend upon experience, recruitment capabilities and overall suitability.
