Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with HODs for performance management and team development.
- Maintain HR records and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in HR decisions.

Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Solid communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
