Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition &
- Recruitment

- Drive full-lifecycle recruitment for dealership divisions (Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Technicians, CREs, Team Leads, and Branch Managers).

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, local networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure technical fit and organizational alignment.

- Coordinate interview schedules with functional department heads and the AGM HR.

- Negotiate salary offers, prepare offer letters, and ensure timely closure of open requisitions.

1. HR Operations &
- Onboarding

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, verification, and induction procedures for recent hires.

- Oversee daily attendance tracking, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs for the location.

- Maintain employee master data, HR files, and database accuracy across HRIS systems.

- Handle employee offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.

1. Employee Relations &
- Engagement

- Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees and operational heads at the dealership.

- Address and resolve employee queries, workplace grievances, and performance issues.





- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and festive celebrations to drive morale.

1. Stakeholder &
- Compliance Management

- Partner closely with the AGM – HR / General HR to align HR activities with business targets.

- Ensure local employment compliance, showroom HR audits, and adherence to labor safety standards.

- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports (Time-to-Hire, Attrition Rate, Open Position Status) for leadership review.

Candidate Profile &

- Requirements

- Gender Preference: Male candidates required (due to regular workshop visits, operational hours, and floor coordination across dealership units).

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within the Automobile Dealership or Automotive Retail / OEM / Passenger Vehicle industry.

- Education: Graduate / Master’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management.

- Location: Must be residing in or comfortable commuting to Guindy, Chennai.
