We are looking for a US HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and attract top talent. You will source candidates, build solid pipelines, and guide applicants through the hiring process. Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) and databases.

- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes follow US federal and state employment laws, including EEO guidelines.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on the US market.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorizations (H1B, Green Card) if applicable.

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
