We are looking for a candidate with BPO experience and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including:

- Pre-joining to Exit Management: Offer rollout, onboarding, documentation, induction, employee engagement, performance coordination, and full & final settlement
- HR Operations: Day-to-day HR activities, employee query handling, and compliance adherence
- SOP Creation & Process Improvement: Ability to design, document, and streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability
- Policy Formulation & Implementation: Drafting, revising, and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating effectively with internal teams and leadership
- Team Handling & IC Role: Capability to own the team while also being equally effective as an individual contributor when required

The candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to HR operations.
