Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.

Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and monthly HR inputs.

Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, retention, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Maintain HRMS/HRIS, employee records, MIS, and HR documentation.

Coordinate with department heads to manage manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

Drive HR policies and processes aligned with hospitality operations.

Requirements:

4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Hospitality/Hotel industry.

Strong understanding of hospitality workforce and HR operations.

Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple HR activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
