We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee human resource operations at our two-wheeler automotive dealership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare periodic HR reports.
- Support manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across departments.
- Work closely with management to align HR practices with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
