- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, roads, EPC, or engineering industry.
- Robust experience in recruitment and workforce management.
- Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across various functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, and HR records.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and workplace concerns.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee-related documentation.




- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Support training, development, and employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Provide regular HR reports and updates to management.
