Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in the Indore area. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for dealership and corporate staff. The role includes designing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll inputs and HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.





The HR Manager will handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, support training and development initiatives, and work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. This position requires regular coordination with different branches and departments to maintain consistent HR practices and a positive, inclusive work workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee feedback processes.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including HRIS usage, documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy development.
- Ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the automotive, retail, or service sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
