ADA Tech Solution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee core HR functions, recruitment, HR operations, payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Non-IT & BPO recruitment
- Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Manage payroll processing and salary-related activities
- Maintain and manage HRMS
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, PT & ESIC
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters
- Monitor attendance, leave and employee data
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle HR policies, processes and day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills & Experience:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR
- Solid experience in Non-IT & BPO recruitment
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll
- Good knowledge of HRMS
- Working knowledge of PF, PT & ESIC compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage core HR functions

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA CTC, depending on experience and interview performance. Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra
