Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment and employee records
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR activities
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of HR & recruitment
Comfortable working in a night shift
Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com or any relevant graduation
