We develop new products and continuously enhance existing applications with a focus on usability, performance, scalability, and business impact. Key Roles and Responsibilities (KRA) · Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate hiring activities. · Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. · Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal interviewers. · Conduct initial telephonic screening of applicants. · Maintain and regularly update candidate logs and employee records. · Assist with candidate onboarding and joining formalities. · Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters and employee files. · Track attendance and leave records.



· Coordinate with employees regarding day-to-day HR queries. · Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining internal trackers. · Support employee engagement activities and internal company initiatives. · Assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks.
