About The Role ICC Loyalty is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and daily office operations at our Noida location. In this role, you will partner closely with the broader HR team to drive recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR administration, and facility management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support: Conduct initial candidate evaluations, coordinate interview schedules, manage assessments, and maintain recruitment records and pipelines in Excel.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, generate reports, and assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and assist in organizing HR-related training workshops.
- Performance & HR Support: Assist with general HR functions including performance management processes,



policy administration, and employee inquiries.
- Office & Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day office facilities and coordinate general administrative functions, including scheduling and travel management.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or generalist functions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven organizational ability.
