Job Title : HR Generalist

Experience : 3-7 Years in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing

Location: Peenya industrial area, Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilites :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance and leave.
- Coordinate payroll, overtime, incentives and deductions.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity compliance.
- Manage employee grievances, discipline and employee engagement.
- Handle exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.
- Maintain HR MIS and documentation.
- Handle both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

Qualifucation & Skills :
- MBA/PGDM HR, MSW, or Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/related field
- Manufacturing / Industrial Machinery / Engineering / Automation / CNC / Laser Technology




- Strong knowledge of complete HR operations.
- End-to-end hiring and onboarding.
- Attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.
- Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity.
- Grievance and discipline management.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets..
- Communication: Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
