- Robust knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, formulas, and MIS reporting.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP software such as Progen.
