HR Executive – Statutory Compliance

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Industry: Manufacturing / Factory experience mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end HR statutory compliance activities.
- Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Labor Laws, EPF, ESI, PT, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle Factory License, DISH-related compliance, renewals, submissions, and inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Government Departments and statutory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Handle employee-related compliance and labour law matters.
- Support statutory audits, inspections, notices, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance requirements across factory operations and ensure timely closure.




- Coordinate with internal departments for statutory data and documentation.

Requirements:

- 5–7 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of factory and manufacturing statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Factory License, DISH, EPF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, and Factory Act.
- Positive understanding of statutory registers, returns, audits, and inspections.
- Manufacturing / Factory experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
