About The Role

Shreeyaan Solusmart is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to gain practical exposure to core HR functions. You will work closely with internal teams and coordinate with the Head of the Company based in the United States, providing valuable international work exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in performance evaluation processes




- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related tasks

Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of Human Resources functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates pursuing or having completed graduation (HR/BBA/B.Com or related fields)
- Female candidates preferred

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

(Aligned with United States working hours)
