HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industry experience: Fitness industry experience is preferred

Location: South Delhi, Delhi, India

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for studio and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and share timely updates.
- Support offer management, joining formalities, and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
