Pericent is a Jaipur-based enterprise software company that helps organisations work smarter through docEdge, our Document Management System, and bpmEdge, our Business Process Management platform. As our team grows, we are looking for a driven, results-oriented HR Recruiter who thrives on meeting hiring goals and bringing great talent on board.

What You Will Do

- Achieve assigned monthly hiring targets and closure numbers within defined timelines
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Track and report daily recruitment activity, pipeline status, and target progress
- Communicate with candidates professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

What We Are Looking For





- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet hiring goals
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and a robust sense of ownership
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing
