Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR generalist activities, HRMS platforms, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle management. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce data analysis.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
- Utilize HR technology and productivity tools to streamline HR processes.

Required Skills

- Experience in HR operations and recruitment.




- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems.
- Solid Excel and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Background

- Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Packaging, Industrial Products, Metals, Auto Components, or similar sectors.
- Candidates from IT/Software companies are not preferred.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Exposure to HRMS/ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
