HR Executive (Ludhiana - Child Development Centre)

About the Role
Autism Alliance is looking for a responsible, organised and people-oriented HR Executive to manage HR and administrative functions at our Ludhiana centre.
The role will involve recruitment and employee management, attendance and salary coordination, basic accounts-related work, documentation and day-to-day administrative coordination. Since Autism Alliance operates as a multidisciplinary child-development organisation, the HR Executive will work closely with management, centre heads, therapists and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for therapists (Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists), Psychologists, Special Educators, Administrative and Support staff.
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
- Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction and documentation.
- Maintain updated employee files and HR records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working schedules.
- Support employee training, performance reviews and professional development activities.
- Handle routine employee queries and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
Salary & Accounts Coordination
- Assist management/accounts team in monthly salary preparation and payroll-related coordination.
- Compile attendance, leaves, deductions,
incentives and other relevant information required for salary processing.
- Maintain salary-related records and employee documentation.
- Assist with basic accounts and administrative work, including bills, expense records, payment-related documentation and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and financial information.
Centre Administration
- Support smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the centre.
- Maintain records, registers, staff documentation and other administrative files.
- Assist in implementing organisational policies, SOPs and professional workplace practices.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, responsible and trustworthy
- Confident in dealing with employees and management.
- Good at communication and coordination.
- Comfortable handling HR as well as basic accounts/administrative responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
- Capable of multitasking in a busy, multidisciplinary work setting.
- Previous experience in healthcare, therapy, education, hospital, clinic or service-sector organisations will be an advantage.
Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
HR experience with basic knowledge of payroll and accounts will be preferred.
