Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups. Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and HRMS .
Manage attendance, leaves, late coming, and employee queries . Prepare and maintain HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc. Assist in joining formalities, induction, and employee onboarding .
Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution. Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
