Millenium Marbles, a premium natural stone company, is looking for a hands-on HR Executive for our Bangalore office (MG Road). We have no HR team or processes yet, so you will build them with the owner and grow as the company grows. This suits someone who wants ownership and learning, not a ready-made system.
What you will do
Hire for Bangalore: site-visit and client-facing BD staff, receptionist, office and factory office staff.
Source, screen and schedule interviews, and close offers.
Set up straightforward HR basics: employee records, attendance and leave tracking, onboarding checklist, hiring tracker.
Coordinate day-to-day office staff activities
Over time, take on training and managing the people you hire.
Who we are looking for
2 to 4 years of experience in HR generalist or recruitment work.
Has closed hires for sales, field or office support roles.
Lives in Bangalore and can commute to MG Road.
Notice period of 30 days or less preferred
Comfortable with occasional travel to our Shoolagiri factory.
Practical, keeps things simple, and takes ownership.
Compensation and hours
Up to 8 LPA fixed, based on experience
