Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement at Reliserv Solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with department heads across Service, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales to fulfil manpower needs and support overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.

- Handle HR Operations including documentation, compliance, and record management.

- Manage Payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursement.

- Conduct Salary Negotiation with selected candidates in line with company budget.

- Plan and coordinate Learning &
- Development initiatives for employees.

- Organize Trainings &

- Induction programs for new joiners.

- Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve workplace morale.

- Manage Employee Relations and resolve day-to-day HR queries.

- Handle Conflict Management and resolve workplace grievances effectively.





- Coordinate with Management to prepare OKRs &

- KPIs for various departments.

- Monitor Attendance &

- Leave Management through HRMS/tools.

- Coordination: Work closely with department heads (Service, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales) to understand manpower needs.

- Documentation: Manage offer letters, joining formalities, ID creation, and onboarding for recent hires.

- Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit weekly hiring reports to HR Head.

- Brand Representation: Promote Reliserv Solutions' employer brand through campus and social recruitment initiatives.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Service industry.
