Curefoods is a multi-brand food company operating across restaurants, cloud kitchens and food businesses. Our brands include EatFit, CakeZone, Frozen Bottle, Nomad Pizza, Sharief Bhai, Olio Pizza and others.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team and support day-to-day people operations.

Role Overview The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR team in employee lifecycle activities, documentation, HR operations, employee engagement and coordination with business teams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Support day-to-day HR activities for employees across assigned locations/business units.
- Maintain employee records, documentation and HR trackers.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.
- Support employee transfers, confirmations, exits and other lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed within timelines.

Attendance & Payroll Support

- Coordinate with employees and business teams for attendance regularisation.
- Identify and follow up on discrepancies in attendance,



leave and employee data.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll-related trackers.

Recruitment Support

- Coordinate with central recruitment and hiring managers for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
- Support offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Employee Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries.
- Understand employee concerns and route them to the appropriate HR team member.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR.
- Freshers with relevant HR internship experience can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
