We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing profiles from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals
2. Initial screening and telephonic interview of candidates
3. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers / branch managers
4. Maintaining recruitment database and tracker
5. Handling bulk hiring for F&B; roles - Captain, Waiter, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping
6. Support in job posting and campus drives
7. Daily follow-up and offer letter process

Required Skills:

- Pursuing / Completed MBA in HR or any degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English & Hindi is added advantage
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Willingness to do field recruitment if required
- Immediate joiner preferred
