Role Description The HR Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting and managing core Human Resources functions. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR recruitment ,operations, including employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

The HR Executive will handle employee relations activities such as addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating engagement initiatives.



The role also includes implementing and updating HR policies, assisting with recruitment coordination, supporting payroll inputs, and working closely with managers to ensure consistent HR practices. The HR Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to promote a positive work environment and ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to apply HR practices in a growing technology organization.
- Hands-on experience in HR Recruitment & Operations, including end to end recruitment ,onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination with payroll and administration.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with skills in handling employee queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting engagement and retention initiatives.
- Good understanding of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements, with the ability to help implement and maintain consistent HR frameworks.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
