The HR Associate supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, records, benefits, and employee inquiries. Ideal for an organized, confidential, and people-focused qualified.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
