Role & responsibilities
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
2. Post job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application tracking.
3. Maintain and update HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records with accuracy.
4. Support employee onboarding activities,
including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
5. Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and facilitate hiring processes.
6. Assist in HR operations, including payroll input collection, attendance records, and compliance-related documentation.
7. Ensure timely maintenance of employee files and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
8. Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects as assigned.
