- 1st, 3rd, and 5th (if any) Saturdays: 09:30 HRS to 13:30 HRS

CTC: Market-competitive salary, capped up to INR 4,80,000/- per annum

Role Overview

AGT Foods India and Umami Agro Industries are seeking an organized, execution-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage dual-entity Human Resources operations, employee lifecycle processes, statutory labor compliance, and administrative logistics.

This role bridges corporate office personnel and factory-level operations. You will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll structuring inputs, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, quarterly/annual statutory compliance filings, actuary/audit query resolution, and executive travel/administrative support.

Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified personnel across corporate, supply chain, and factory operations.
- Partner with departmental managers (Plant, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain) to define required competencies, interview scorecards, and role criteria.
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications (BGV), and candidate credential/eligibility checks.

2. Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle & Documentation





- Facilitate new hire orientations and structured induction schedules for corporate staff and factory teams.
- Prepare official employment documentation: Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Compensation Structures, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Warning Notices, and Relieving/Experience Certificates.
- Execute smooth onboarding and exit formalities, including asset handovers, clearance certificates, and full & final (F&F;) settlement documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition programs, and workplace morale initiatives.

3. Compensation, Payroll Coordination & Tax Administration

- Prepare standard CTC salary structures aligned with Indian statutory standards (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, Professional Tax).
- Manage payroll inputs: attendance reconciliation, leave registers, overtime, and incentive data.
- Compute and monitor payroll-related statutory deductions, including TDS on salaries, Gratuity accruals, and issuance of monthly Pay Slips and annual Form-16.
- Consolidate employee benefit data, compile inputs for annual Actuary Valuation Reports , and resolve HR-related audit queries for internal/statutory auditors.

- Prepare, reconcile, track, and file mandatory quarterly and annual returns, registrations, and renewals across both corporate and manufacturing entities:

- Maintain statutory registers (Muster Roll, Wage Register, Adult Worker Register, Accident Register,

Employee

Relations, Policy Administration &

• Plant HSE Support

- Serve as the frontline point of contact for employee inquiries, policy interpretations, and workplace grievances; escalate sensitive or complex matters to senior management.
- Participate in and document employee disciplinary inquiries, investigations, show-cause notices, and termination proceedings in compliance with labor laws.
- Support Health, Safety &

• Environment (HSE) administrative coordination, occupational health records, and workplace safety compliance alongside plant leadership.

- Stay updated on labor code trends, regulatory changes, and HR technology best practices.

General

Administration &

• Executive Travel Coordination

- Manage executive travel logistics for Directors and senior management: flight, train, and hotel reservations, web check-ins, visa assistance, and itinerary tracking.
- Supervise corporate office administration, pantry/courier vendors, stationery inventory, and general office upkeep.

Required Qualifications &

• Competencies

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA/MSW/MHRM), Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core HR and administrative experience, mandatory in a manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or multi-entity corporate setup.

- Statutory Expertise: Direct exposure to Maharashtra labor laws, Factory Act, Shop & Establishment, MLWF, POSH, and statutory return filings.

- Payroll & Tax Knowledge: Practical understanding of salary breakups, PF/ESIC portals, Gratuity calculations, and TDS on salary.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, tracker sheets), MS Office, ERP: Microsoft AX and D365 preferred, SAP, Odex, etc; and familiarity with HRMS/payroll software.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professional written and spoken English and Hindi; conversational fluency in Marathi is strongly preferred for local factory and labor authority liaison.

- Organization & Detail: Ability to handle dual-company administrative workflows, confidential records, and deadline-driven statutory filings with minimal supervision.
