- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration
- Freshers or Experienced candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative activities.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR and Admin activities.
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Support preparation and maintenance of HR reports.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support joining formalities and exit processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
