- Assist Housekeeping staff with the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, apartments, and common areas.

- Collect, transport, and distribute clean and soiled linen, towels, and other housekeeping materials.

- Make beds and assist with changing bed linen when required.

- Clean corridors, staircases, lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and other common areas.

- Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest facilities and service areas.

- Replenish housekeeping supplies, toiletries, drinking water, and other guest amenities.

- Remove garbage and ensure proper disposal according to property procedures.

- Assist with moving furniture, mattresses, extra beds, luggage, and other items when required.

- Keep housekeeping equipment, trolleys, storage rooms, and work areas clean and organized.

- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- Assist in setting up rooms for new arrivals, long stays, special occasions, or group bookings.

- Support laundry operations, including collection, sorting, folding, and distribution of linen where applicable.

- Respond promptly to housekeeping-related guest requests.

- Follow property standards for cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.

- Handle guest belongings with care and report lost-and-found items immediately.

- Assist other departments when required for smooth day-to-day property operations.





- Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, service apartment, homestay, or similar accommodation is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping practices.

- Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and moving housekeeping items.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Polite, courteous, and guest-focused attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.

- Honest, responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Working Conditions

- Work may involve weekends, holidays, and shift duties.

- The position requires regular movement between guest rooms, common areas, laundry, and service areas.

- Must follow all property safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
