Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, build work schedules, and train new cleaning team members.

- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to meet brand or health standards and fix issues right away.

- Monitor supplies, track linen levels, and order new cleaning products or equipment.

- Handle guest complaints, report maintenance problems, and keep daily operational logs.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team delegation

- Knowledge of sanitation and safety rules

- Good verbal and written communication

- Time management and attention to detail.

- Knowledge and experience in floor cleaning machines.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per day
