We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager with 8 years of relevant hospitality experience to oversee complete housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service.
- Conduct regular room and area inspections.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, supplies, and departmental costs.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and other departments.




- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping records.
- Monitor staff productivity and departmental KPIs.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory, linen, and cost control.
- Strong attention to detail and guest-service orientation.
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
