Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary;

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of assigned rooms, common areas, and facilities. The role requires attention to detail, good time management, and a commitment to providing a clean, secure, and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities;

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, corridors, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Make beds, change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies.
- Replenish toiletries and housekeeping supplies as required.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to hygiene and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any defects.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.




- Respect guest/customer privacy and handle personal belongings appropriately.
- Assist with special cleaning tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred

Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
