Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Fort Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala

Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping activities of our boutique hotel and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the housekeeping team and assign daily duties.
- Check guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
- Coordinate room status with the Front Office.
- Monitor linen, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on basic hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance team.
- Handle basic housekeeping-related guest requests.

Requirements
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
