Role Description The Hotel Sales Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. The intern will support the sales and front-office teams by assisting with room reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate booking records. Daily tasks include interacting with guests at the reception, providing information about hotel services, and coordinating with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role also involves responding to phone and online queries, supporting basic sales outreach activities,



and helping with customer follow-ups and feedback collection. The intern will work closely with supervisors to learn hotel sales processes, contribute to promotional efforts, and uphold Jomotel’s standards of professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Reservations management and basic Receptionist Duties.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Food & Beverage service in a hotel environment.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations, sales, or hospitality is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with common office software and willingness to learn hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework or training in hospitality, tourism, or business is preferred but not mandatory.
