HOTEL MANAGER OPERATIONS & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Role Purpose

MYRIAD is looking for a highly operations-driven Hotel Manager who can take complete ownership of hotel operations while also focusing on P&L;, revenue growth, cost control, guest experience and business improvement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think beyond routine operations and actively bring ideas to improve the hotel’s overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor hotel P&L;, revenue, expenses and profitability.
- Handle day-to-day operations across Rooms, Restaurant, Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Front Office.
- Maintain strong floor presence and ensure smooth execution of operations and events.
- Control food cost, manpower cost, purchases, wastage and other operating expenses.
- Improve restaurant, banquet and room revenues through practical business ideas.
- Work closely with chefs on cuisine improvement, food presentation, plating, buffet styling and menu design.
- Introduce creative concepts for banquets, weddings, restaurant promotions and seasonal menus.
- Improve guest experience, service standards and online reviews.
- Monitor occupancy, ARR,



restaurant sales, banquet revenue and departmental targets.
- Identify operational gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
- Review competitor offerings and suggest new concepts, packages and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and execute ideas for corporate lunches, celebrations, events, ODC, festive promotions and upselling.

Ideal Candidate
- 6–12 years of hospitality experience.
- Strong exposure to F&B;, Banquets and Hotel Operations.
- Valuable understanding of hotel P&L.;
- Creative approach towards food, presentation and guest experience.
- Strong leadership and execution ability.
- Commercial mindset with an ownership-driven approach.

The role requires someone who can manage operations, understand numbers and continuously think of ways to improve revenue, profitability and the overall MYRIAD experience.
