Role Description The Hospitality Internship Program is an in office internship role located in Kollam. Interns will support daily hospitality operations, including assisting with guest services, front office activities, and coordination between departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage.

Responsibilities may include helping manage reservations, handling guest inquiries, and contributing to the smooth running of events or functions. Interns will also learn to maintain service standards, support administrative tasks,



and assist in preparing basic reports or documentation. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to hospitality management, encourage professional development, and build industry-ready skills under the guidance of experienced supervisors.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, follow procedures, and support daily operations.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with office tools or property management systems (training can be provided).
- Current student or recent graduate in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, reliability, and readiness to work on-site in Kollam as per assigned schedules.
- Prior exposure to hospitality, internships, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
